The important information

Strings do not last forever, Safari Badminton can not be held accountable for a string that breaks when a racket is used for the first time after a restring. Some string will last a lot long than other depending on tension, style of play and ability, however a string can break at any time.

Before any racket is worked on the frame and grommets are inspected to ensure there is no existing damage that may cause further damage or failure to the new strings or the frame.

It is extremely rare that a racket should break whilst being restrung, should this happen Safari Badminton does not take responsibility for damage or the cost of replacement items. Rackets are restrung at their owners request and at their own risk.
