Badminton Fitness

Starting Monday 13th May 2024.

Safari Badminton’s Badminton Fitness session delivers the specific Badminton skills all players need in the format of a functional circuits class. Participants work on isolated skills to develop speed, stamina and muscle memory which can then be used on court to improve their game. Skills include a variety of footwork drills, body weight and functional exercises.

What you need to know…

  • Sessions are Monday’s, 7.15pm-8.00pm in the Sports Hall at Kimberley School Sport Centre (NG16 2NJ).
  • Each session is £5 per person. Payment can be made in cash or by BACS (bank transfer) to account 772224 12345868.
  • When attending for the first time, arrive 5 minutes early to complete a registration.
  • No need to book.
  • Session open to ages 16+ (those aged 15 & under must to be accompanied by a parent/guardian).
